01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Megacri ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Megacri platform at megacri.com, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all activities on Megacri — including account registration, deposits, gameplay, bonus claims, withdrawals, and any use of the Megacri mobile app. If you are using Megacri on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they also meet all eligibility requirements.

Megacri reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Megacri after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Megacri, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing Megacri from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Megacri employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from Megacri under any prior account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Megacri reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, Megacri may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Megacri complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Megacri account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Megacri uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed with balances forfeited.

When registering on Megacri, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Megacri will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Megacri account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Megacri support immediately.
• Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed after verification is complete.
• Megacri may require identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Megacri supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your Megacri balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Megacri does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals on Megacri are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section of your account.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Megacri cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• Megacri reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your Megacri balance.
• Megacri is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Any attempt to charge back a deposit after using the funds for gameplay will result in immediate account suspension.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Megacri offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the Rewards page at the time the promotion is active. These Terms provide the general framework — the individual promotion terms take precedence for any bonus-specific conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates are stated on the Rewards page for each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless Megacri explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Megacri reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering process.

If Megacri determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific promotion terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided. Megacri's decision on bonus disputes is final.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Megacri — including Aviator, Crash, Teen Patti 20-20, Captain Fisher, Gold Toad Fishing, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet on any Megacri game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

Game outcomes on Megacri are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game being streamed. Megacri does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to your balance. Megacri's decision on technical fault disputes is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has commenced.
• Megacri reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to a technical fault or incorrect odds display.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• Megacri may impose individual player bet limits at its discretion without prior notice.
• Winnings are credited to your Megacri balance immediately upon the conclusion of each game round.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Megacri. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with Megacri games or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on Megacri.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Megacri platform for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Megacri account.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using Megacri to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Megacri staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's Megacri account without authorisation.

08 Responsible Gaming

Megacri is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All games on Megacri involve real-money wagers on chance-based outcomes. No strategy, system, or pattern of play guarantees a profit. You should only play with money you can afford to lose.

Megacri provides the following responsible gaming tools to all players, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your Megacri account.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing Megacri.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Megacri platform — including but not limited to the Megacri logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Megacri or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Megacri platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Megacri content without prior written permission.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Megacri software.
• The Megacri name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

Megacri provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• Megacri is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decision to place bets on the platform.
• Megacri is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond our control.
• In the event of a platform error that results in an incorrect payout, Megacri reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly.
• Megacri's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits Megacri's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Account Termination

You may close your Megacri account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations.

Megacri reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Behaviour that Megacri determines to be harmful to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, Megacri reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Megacri will provide notice of account closure where legally required to do so.

13 Changes to Terms

Megacri may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, Megacri may notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of Megacri after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using Megacri and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
